Fee Schedule for Dr. Deborah Leporowski

In forensic cases, the client is generally the attorney who is requesting the services. Fees for services are billed to the attorney/law firm and not to the attorney's client. Dr. Leporowski does not provide forensic services on a contingency fee basis per the Specialty Guidelines for Forensic Psychologists.

When Dr. Leporowski is retained to provide services on a forensic case, a non-refundable retainer is typically collected to cover eight hours of work at $250.00/hour for all forensic services. When the retainer funds have been used, Dr. Leporowski bills the responsible party on an interim monthly basis. Payment is due upon receipt of the statement. A flat rate daily fee of $2000.00 is charged for out-of-town cases, plus reasonable travel expenses.

Dr. Leporowski's services are regularly sought by various circuits' Public Defender and State Attorney Offices. Dr. Leporowski often accepts referrals from agencies who have set fees; these referrals are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
